Shipments of Wine:

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states:

CA, HI, IA, ID, IL, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY.

The tax or use tax may be charged in each applicable state, as determined by state and local laws of the customer and Meadowlark Vineyards.

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.

All shipments are shipped ground unless otherwise stated so, please allow 5-7 business days for normal delivery.

To avoid in-transit temperature extremes during the summer months, we offer 2nd Day Air service by our couriers. We may also delay shipments if the heat is excessive. During summer months, it is at the consumer’s discretion if ground shipping is used. As heat may spoil wines, please keep into consideration that wines should be kept between 45-70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Freight is calculated towards the end of the online ordering process. Also, at this time we do not ship online store products outside the United States.

Return Policy:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WINE THAT HAS UNDERGONE EXTREME HEAT OR COLD EXPOSURE DURING SHIPPING. FOR TRANSPORT RELATED PROBLEMS WE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND THE TRANSPORT COMPANY TO HAVE YOUR PROBLEM RESOLVED. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS CAN BE ADDRESSED BY CALLING US AT (805)245-4768.
